Job Description

We are looking for a Mainframe IMS Specialist to support and maintain IBM IMS environments running on IBM z/OS. In this role, you will work on the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing improvement of business-critical Mainframe systems while collaborating with global teams and customers.

Skills & Experience

We are interested in professionals with experience in Mainframe environments and exposure to some of the following technologies:

IBM z/OS

IMS DB and/or IMS TM/DC

JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF

DBRC, VSAM

REXX or other scripting tools

Mainframe monitoring and scheduling tools

Performance tuning, backup and recovery concepts

Additional experience with DB2, IBM MQ, COBOL, PL/I, Java, CICS, or automation initiatives would be an advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience with modernization or automation projects. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Exposure to disaster recovery or high-availability environments. IBM Z or related certifications.
