Software Engineer Sr Lead

Our team supports mission-critical payment processing applications that power financial institutions across the globe. The team is focused on modernization initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous innovation within the ACH payments ecosystem. Serve as the technical lead and primary contributor for ACH payment processing solutions. Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex payment processing applications using mainframe technologies. Resolve production issues, defects, and service requests.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles within financial services or payments technology. Advanced experience developing and supporting mainframe applications using: COBOL DB2 JCL Mainframe development and deployment tools. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and production support processes. Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain high-volume, mission-critical applications.
