What you’ll do:

Able to monitor batch flows and escalate if SLA will be missed.   Able to restart 70% of the batch job, while taking phone calls.   Able to monitor mainframe and open systems where we run our batch jobs, ensuring systems are stable.

What you'll bring:

Mainframe experience is helpful but not required.   Able to multi-task by using many different communications channels.   Knowledge of JCL (job control language).   How to type and take phone calls.   Soft skills - positive attitude and willingness to learn
