Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within the mainframe technical discipline (COBOL, DB2, JCL) and hands on experience in Java Spring boot and REST services is mandatory. - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficient in coding in one or more languages - Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Experience in the core accounting or financial services industry - Familiarity with MQ, DB2 Stored Procedures, AWS, Kafka - Exposure to cloud technologies
