Position Overview Details of the Division and Team:

As a Vice President for Technology in Cash Management team, you will partner with business, ops, technology and support teams to create and maintain the application stack and execute strategical programs. You’ll be an integral part of the bank’s infrastructure driving the regulatory and strategical book of work for Corporate Bank leveraging engineering best practices. You will also have opportunities to contribute in simplification of legacy application landscape using AI capabilities. Your key responsibilities:

Design and development of Core Banking and Payment processing solutions for Cash Management business with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure seamless integration of Core banking and payment processing system with payment gateways, channels, finance ledger, reconciliation, and reporting systems. Ensures software code developed that matches the software design and business requirements based on user needs with appropriate quality and performance standards. Ensures best practices and lessons learned are being followed in the software development process. Manage scope of deliveries, expectations and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to build, test and release software within short lead times. Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline. Design and develop technical solutions that meet Business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Work with multiple, distributed teams, leveraging resources across teams Lead by example to drive a culture of proactive continual improvement Ability to self-manage a book of work and ensure clear transparency on progress with clear, timely, communication of issues.

Requirements & Skills

Your skills and experience:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in software development project using COBOL and Linux scripting, in the role of development, design, maintenance, software improvement, testing and deployment Knowledge on pro*C, MQ Series / JMS / Control-M / Oracle Knowledge in cash management domain in a banking environment Experience on transforming legacy applications using AI capabilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Programming & Systems Analysis or Science (Computer Studies) or Software Engineering
