Required Skill and Experience
• Design, develop, and maintain billing applications.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support telecom billing processes including rating, invoicing, mediation, revenue assurance, and billing cycle management.
• Experience in COBOL and this primary programming language used to develop and maintain telecom billing applications on IBM Mainframes.
• Experience in JCL scripting language used to define, schedule, and execute batch jobs on the mainframe.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience in DB2 - IBM's relational database management system used to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Experience in Mainframe Modernization, CICS online transaction processing monitor that enables users to execute real-time transactions on the IBM Mainframe.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
