Mainframe Modernization Technical Lead

Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale mainframe modernization initiatives on AWS. Lead solutioning, PoCs, and end-to-end implementation of modernization programs. Define target-state architectures for migrating legacy systems (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM). Define CICS web services / API-led and microservices-based architectures for decoupling legacy systems.

Minimum 14+ Yrs of Hands-on experience and 5+ Yrs of working as Technical lead / Solutions Architect for migration of Legacy Mainframe based applications to AWS Cloud. Strong hands-on expertise in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM). Strong Hands-on experience with Micro Focus (Rocket Software) Enterprise Developer and Enterprise Analyzer. Deep knowledge and hands on experience on data migration from Mainframe to AWS, including DB2 or VSAM file conversion
