The role will play as the capsil IT owner to lead:
Solution Strategy & Leadership: Define, maintain, and own the application architecture and strategic roadmaps for insurance core system (capsil) Delivery & Implementation: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex solutions, ensuring high-performance standards in project implementation. Architecture & Integration: Guide the development of insurance integrations and ensure adherence to best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business team and tech teams to align solutions with business needs.
