What you will be doing

As the Engineer Lead, you will be a part of the front-line team for production support for our client’s operations team, incident response, and daily turnover activities. You will play a pivotal role collaborating with cross-functional teams to restore service, communicate with clients, and drive issue resolution.

5+ years of overall experience

Required work hours: M – F 4pm – 12am
