Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Mainframe IMS System Programming.
Proven experience in delivery management within a technical environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
IMS DB, DB2, Enterprise COBOL mandatory
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Knowledge of other Mainframe technologies and programming languages.
Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
CICD, Devops, CICS, Informan/Changeman/Endevor, Devops
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management or Mainframe technologies are a plus.
