Software Engineering Manager 3 (Hogan Banking Platform)

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers responsible for the design, delivery, support, and modernization of -based core banking applications. Drive the successful execution of application development, enhancement, integration, and production support initiatives across the ecosystem. Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technology stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable technical solutions. Establish engineering best practices, development standards, operational processes, and quality controls to ensure reliable system performance. Oversee application stability, incident management, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement for business-critical banking platforms. Lead modernization efforts, identifying opportunities to improve architecture, automation, operational efficiency, and maintainability. Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to support strategic technology and business objectives. Manage project delivery, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communications while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
