Vice President

Mainframe Delivery Leads work closely with all stakeholders such as Project Managers, Implementation Managers, Product Owners, Service Delivery, Enterprise Release, Change Management, etc. in managing the delivery of Mainframe’s Solution by defining timelines/schedules, forecasts, providing guidance to stakeholders where necessary, and ensuring compliance is adhered to, in order to deliver Mainframe’s solution for an initiative. Ensures Mainframe’s document artefacts are in their correct state (approved, etc.) and repositories.

Significant demonstrated Project Management within large, complex environments, preferably banking and financial services Strong strategic planning capabilities Strong understanding of project lifecycle management as this will assist with mainframe engagement aspects. Building, managing, and leading teams Agile certification and demonstrated experience delivering projects utilising agile methodology Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills Proven experience in Delivering and implementing high-availability mainframe solutions for complex business operations , particularly in banking or financial services Relevant degree or qualification and a project management professional accreditation
