About the Role:

The role involves working on critical, high-availability payment systems running on mainframe platforms to ensure stability, security, and uninterrupted service.

What you will be doing :

Work on Credit, Debit, and Prepaid card processing systems. Quickly resolve production issues and perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA). Enhance system stability and reduce recurring incidents. Participate in system resiliency and disaster recovery (DR) activities. Automate manual processes wherever possible. Use monitoring tools to track performance, alerts, and system health. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during issue

What you bring :

8 to 13 years’ experience in Mainframe Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support banking applications related to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Prepaid Cards. Good Experience in CICS,DB2,JCL,VSAM,COBOL Good Experience in automation. Proficiency in data monitoring tools. Knowledge of high availability and system resiliency concepts. Ability to handle critical production incidents independently. Added bonus if you have :
