Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.
Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and LLM architecture.
Knowledge of data management platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, BQ, ADX).
Proven experience in enterprise architecture, software modernization, or a similar leadership role within a complex IT landscape.
Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies, specifically their application in code analysis, refactoring, and data migration.
Strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps methodologies.
Proficiency in evaluating and selecting the right AI tools and external partners for specific modernization challenges.
Leadership and Management
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented projects.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to bridge the gap between legacy systems and future business needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage cultural change within the organization.
Good to Have
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Data Science, Analytics, etc.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the financial services industry, preferably in a global bank setting.
Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
