Develop and optimize programs for batch and online systems. 3. Write and maintain jobs, utilities, and scheduling dependencies. 4. Design and manage schemas, SQL queries, and performance tuning. 5. Create and maintain datasets and IDCAMS scripts. 6. Configure and enhance transactions, COMMAREA, and BMS maps. 7. Perform unit, integration, and system testing; debug using Abend-AID/Xpediter. 8. Manage code promotion through Endevor/Changeman and ensure compliance. 9. Support production systems, troubleshoot abends, and optimize batch windows. 10. Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
