Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or similar). Experience managing or working on mainframe software development initiatives is required (Senior) 5 to 10 of proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects from initiation to closure. Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Demonstrated Project Management experience in Software Development LifeCycle projects (focus on estimating, planning, risk, and dependency management) Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and effectively work with clients towards project success. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft tools and applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in the Wealth Management Business is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft tools and applications. PMP certification is considered an asset.
