Senior Infrastructure Services Specialist (Mainframe)

What's the role? Support Westpac's complex mainframe environment, with a focus on performance and capacity planning. You'll provide technical expertise, investigate complex incidents, evaluate infrastructure changes and help ensure services are reliable and fit for purpose. Working with internal teams, partners and vendors, you'll contribute to service improvements, technical designs, recovery planning and the ongoing development of infrastructure solutions.
