Responsible for the leadership of multiple engineering scrum teams rotating through domains to plan, deliver and support service features that deliver customer value and/or mature service capability. Responsible for technical direction and identifying innovation solutions. Define the detailed technical roadmap in conjunction with the Engineering Manager, Domain architect, Security architect, Tech and BA Leads.

Experience with Mainframes modernization and major cloud technologies (mainly on Azure and AWS) Hands on experience and design of Mainframes based solutions supporting multiple asset teams at enterprise scale covering zOS Connect, ReST APIs, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM. Hands on experience with DevSecOps 15+ years Technology experience. 10+ years in application development roles. Expert software engineering (Mainframes Modernization + Cloud native). Experience in solution design and architectural decision aligned with platform roadmap.
