Analyst - Mainframe Batch Monitoring

As part of NAB’s Incident and Event at the Global Operations Centre: ensure that incidents/events are identified, responded to and recovered within a timely manner. Proactively monitor and respond to events ensuring critical system stability Action incidents/change task assigned to the team. Follow documented procedures to assist with recovery of technology services.

Mainframe experience mandatory. Ability to debug and modify JCLs as per the requirement and provide adequate support in Job rerun. Experience in Mainframe OPC Batch Scheduler and Control-M Strong communication and influencing skills Willing to work in rotational shifts in 24x7 arrangement. Familiarity with monitoring and batch management tools– ie Control-M, OPC, Splunk
