PROC override not sticking on nested PROC

Cataloged PROC with a symbolic on a DD. Override on the job card looks fine in preview. At execution the step still picks up the PROC default.

Feels like I am missing something about nested PROC override order.

Inner PROC probably re-specifies the DD without the symbolic. Outer override will not flow through.

Inner PROC had DD * hardcoded. Fixed. Thanks.
