Execute program only when &time between 0800 and 0859

Wish to execute program when &time is in the 0800 hour.

You have at least two possibilities to do that:

1. JES2 feature on modern z/OS (2.1 and later). Look at JCL // SCHEDULE statement
2. crontab on z/OS UNIX. This feature available since OS/390
