Coworker said "just go to 3.4." I found Utilities → Dslist. Is that the main place to browse datasets?

Yes. 3.4 = Data Set List. Type a HLQ pattern, get a list, then B / E / D / R next to names to browse, edit, delete, rename.
You will live there. 3.2 is allocate. Edit is usually 2 or from the dslist.

Learn the line commands on the list. Faster than menus once it sticks.
