Developers complain TAB and hilite settings differ on test TSO versus prod. I thought ISPF profiles followed the user id.

Do you ship a site baseline or let everyone hand copy ISPPROF?

Baseline ISPPROF in a shared PDS plus a logon REXX that merges it when the user has nothing custom yet.
