Still drowning in COBOL and JCL. Coworker said learn REXX for little ISPF tools. Should I now or later?

Later is fine. Get comfortable in ISPF and reading JCL first. REXX is friendly when you need it - easier than COBOL for quick text/file helper scripts.

I learned a tiny bit of REXX in month two for renaming members. Did not need deep skill.
