🎯 Qualifications (non-negotiable):
✔ 10+ years in mainframe (enterprise environment)
✔ Strong expertise: z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS
✔ Experience leading teams + managing operations
✔ Background in upgrades, monitoring, incident response
✔ Experience with disaster recovery + enterprise tools (OMEGAMON, etc.)
✔ Ability to drive automation, performance tuning, modernization
