INREC BUILD vs OVERLAY for date reformat

Need YYYYMMDD in cols 10-17 as DD.MM.YYYY for a downstream system that will not change. INREC BUILD works in test but the card is getting hard to read.

Is OVERLAY cleaner here?

OVERLAY with p,edit=(TTTT) is what we use. Shorter and easier to maintain.
