INCLUDE COND with packed decimal - keep getting ICE messages

Need to INCLUDE rows where a COMP-3 amount > 0. Format looks right in the book but DFSORT keeps complaining about the field.

Anyone have a minimal working INCLUDE for PD that I can stare at? File is FB LRECL=200, amount at 45 for 5 bytes.

Something like:

INCLUDE COND=(45,5,PD,GT,+0)

If that fails, dump a few records in hex and confirm the PD really starts at 45. Off-by-one in the copybook is common.

It was starting at 46. Copybook had an extra filler I forgot. INCLUDE works.
