My hello world uses STOP RUN. Training slides also show GOBACK. Are they the same thing?

Main programs: either works, lots of shops prefer GOBACK now.
Subprograms (CALLed): use GOBACK or EXIT PROGRAM. STOP RUN in a subprogram can kill the whole run unit, which is usually bad.
